At that moment, there was a speed limitation due to poor air quality conditions. (90 km/h)
Despite of control etc... I thought no one would care.
BUt I couldn't believe what I saw. People did it! They joined the action. (no they didn't drove 90 km/h, they drove 97 km/h, but anyway, they did join!)
